Application forms might be filled and sent in the mentioned format only for the above Govt Jobs 2013. The applicants are supposed to pay application fees in the shape of X Indian PO/DD in favour of Registrar General address given in the notification. Job application fee for Class-3 posts is 200INR for open Category, 150 INR for reservation candidates and it is for Class-4 posts is 150 INR for open Category, 100INR for reserved quota. Applications submitted/posted after expiry date or insufficient details in applications, or not in par with the mentioned format, are said to be cancelled and no excuses may be entertained thereafter. The phrases “Application for the vacancy of (Designation of post)” must be mentioned on top of the envelope cover containing application. Those who are supposed to apply attested duplicates of all allied testimonials so as show their eligibility. No person shall be permitted for direct interview to the service if he/she is less than 18 years of age as on the first of January of interview year i.e 2013 and not exceeding 45 years of age on the same date. However, in the case of applicants belonging to SCs, STs, BCs or who is an ex-servicemen,
age factor shall be same as may, through time to time, be mentioned by the Government of Himachal Pradesh for entry criteria into service for those aspirants. The shortlisted applicants may be selected primarily against the regular positions and after that against work agreement posts in order of their performance.
