Job Description:
Freshers jobs are vancant in QAD India , candidates willing to work in shifts, especially US shifts and also rotational shifts in the career begining can opt for this job. Great opportunity to provide product technical support of the company. These Fresher jobs comes under Software jobs category Technical Suport/IT administration. Intial training is given to the Freshers and classes are conducted on QAD company products. Will have to work on both product support and on demand basis. Work alloted to the selected is to support and clear the issues on core products which doesnot include system down and severe issues during intial probation period of first 6 months and then candidates will be responsible for all issues on assigned system. Fault and Alert tracking (Severity 2 &3), maintenance tasks and spend efforts on RCA & procedures.
